Built to be trusted with your shop’s money
MerchantVoice is not a bank or payment gateway. Money goes straight from your customer’s bank to yours; the app only listens and keeps your records.
Payments secured by Razorpay
Plans are paid through Razorpay checkout. MerchantVoice never sees your card or UPI details.
Never asks for PIN or OTP
No UPI PIN, bank password or OTP is requested or stored, ever.
Encrypted, no tension
Everything between your phone and our servers travels encrypted over TLS. Khata customer names and phone numbers are also stored encrypted (AES-256).
Only payment alerts, nothing else
The app has no permission for your SMS inbox, camera, microphone, contacts or location. It reads only payment notifications from supported apps.
Phone lost? No tension
Payments, khata and expenses back up to your account automatically. Sign in on a new phone and they come back. Your plan decides how many days of payments are kept.
Backup is your choice
Want your data only on your phone? Turn cloud backup off in Settings. You can also export payments as CSV, or delete your account and cloud data at any time.

FAQ
Questions shop owners ask
No. Keep your existing UPI QR. Install MerchantVoice on the phone that receives your payment notifications (the phone with your UPI or bank app) and it announces every payment aloud.
Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, BharatPe, Amazon Pay, MobiKwik and bank alerts shown by Google Messages, Samsung Messages or your phone’s default SMS app. Payment notifications from these apps are announced as they arrive.
Bank SMS alerts arrive without mobile data, and MerchantVoice announces them from the SMS app’s notification. Payments are saved on your phone and uploaded to your cloud backup once you are back online.
MerchantVoice announces the payment notifications your UPI and bank apps show on your phone. It does not connect to your bank account. For large amounts, check the last 4 digits of the reference number or your bank statement.
It never asks for your UPI PIN, bank password or OTP, and it does not read your SMS inbox. It only reads notifications from supported payment apps; chats and other notifications are ignored on the phone.
No. We don’t make sales calls and we don’t send promo SMS or marketing emails. Email is only for your account, like sign-in codes and security alerts. You decide when to renew or upgrade, inside the app. If you need help, write to us any time.
Choose a plan inside the app and pay securely with Razorpay. Each payment covers one billing period and does not auto-debit; renew from the app whenever you like. A plan is needed to use the app.
Connect any Bluetooth speaker to the phone. Announcements play through it, and you can repeat the last payment with one tap.
Android phones running Android 6.0 or newer. iPhone is not supported because iOS does not let apps read payment notifications.
